Charlie comes to Pug Rescue from a good Samaritan who found him alone outside in 110 degree weather. We are told that Charlie had been passed around a bit, until this kind lady took him in and called on Pug Rescue to help find Charlie a forever home. We are happy to help him, and so far what we know is he is great in the car, and rode politely and calmly all the way down from Bonsall to San Diego. He takes food very gently and doesn't go crazy demanding more, but instead waits until it is offered. Charlie also really enjoys apples, carrots, and cantaloupe. He gets along with other dogs, and seems fine with children. He is housebroken, but like any dog, may mark in a new environment so he may need some reminders initially. Charlie is an active youngster, and will need a family that is committed to exercising and training him. He's got lots of puppy energy, and still has some growing up to do.
